PROCESSING
TEMPERATURE
HTPB - 115 series have avg. M.P. of 150oC and require minimum
processing temperature of above 185oC and can be processed 300oC
, with reasonable dwell time. |
DISPERSION
To ensure complete colour development with HTPB-115 Series a
minimum processing temperature of above 185oC with efficient
mixing is required. |
ADDITIVES
Certain metal ions cause colour changes and loss of brightness,
Addititves containing Zinc, Magnesium, Calcium, Iron can cause
colour shifts. If it is a must for use, it should be thoroughly
tested to ensure colour stability. |
TOXICITY
HTPB- 115 Series - Fluorescent Pigments are in accoradance with
European EN-71 Part 3, 1988 and ASTM D-4236, certification by
ACMI - U.S.A. |
