HTPB - 015 Series For Plastics Fluorescent Colour


HTPB - 015 series pigments are improved version of HTPB series. They are solid solutions of Fluorescent Dyes in Thermoplastic polyamide resin, for plastic coloring except PVC.

PROCESSING TEMPERATURE

HTPB - 015 series have avg. M.P. of 130oC and require processing temperature of atleast 160oC and canbe processed upto 280oC , with reasonable dwell time.
DISPERSION
To ensure complete dispersion of colour development of HTPB-015 Series - It is essential that a minimum processing temperature of above 160oC with efficient mixing is required.
ADDITIVES
Certain metal ions causes colour changes and loss of brightness. Addititves containing Zinc, Magnesium, Calcium, Iron can cause colour shifts. If it is a must for use, it should be thoroughly tested to ensure colour stability.
TOXICITY
HTPB- 015 Series - Fluorescent Pigments are in accordance with European EN-71 Part 3, 1988 and ASTM D-4236, certification by ACMI - U.S.A.
