PROCESSING TEMPERATURE
HTPB - 015 series have avg. M.P. of 130oC and require processing
temperature of atleast 160oC and canbe processed upto 280oC
, with reasonable dwell time. |
DISPERSION
To ensure complete dispersion of colour development of HTPB-015
Series - It is essential that a minimum processing temperature
of above 160oC with efficient mixing is required. |
ADDITIVES
Certain metal ions causes colour changes and loss of brightness.
Addititves containing Zinc, Magnesium, Calcium, Iron can cause
colour shifts. If it is a must for use, it should be thoroughly
tested to ensure colour stability. |
TOXICITY
HTPB- 015 Series - Fluorescent Pigments are in accordance with
European EN-71 Part 3, 1988 and ASTM D-4236, certification by
ACMI - U.S.A. |
