PROCESSING TEMPERATURE

HTPA - 014 series have avg. M.P. of 105oC and require minimum processing temperature of atleast 130oC and can be processed at temperature upto 280oC , with reasonable dwell time.

DISPERSION

To ensure complete dispersion and colour development with HTPA-014 Series - It is essential that a minimum processing temperature of 130oC with good shear action is required to ensure complete melting and even distribution.

ADDITIVES

Certain metal ions cause colour changes and loss of brightness. Addititves containing Zinc, Magnesium, Calcium, Iron will cause colour shifts. If it is a must for use, it should be thoroughly tested to ensure colour stability.

TOXICITY

Fluorescent Pigments are in accoradance with European EN-71 Part3, 1988

APPLICATIONS :
HTPA-014 can be successfully employed to colour the following :

POLYMER CLASS POLYMER GRADES
POLYETHYLENES LDPE, HDPE HMHDPE, LLDPE etc.
POLYSTRENES GPPS, HIPS
POLYPROPYLENES ALL GRADES
